Hello

Cole is extremely helpful at answering the phone when telemarketers call!

Evening Stroll

We finally are able to walk down by the Potomac River again. The snow is melting and the tide has taken away all the snow here so it doesn't even look like there was ever 30+inches here last week! Feels so good to be out and about again. Ju-Ju also has a big boy hair cut that I should have posted with Cole earlier. Tuesday was family haircut night!!!

Exfoliated

Saturday and Sunday the snow finally began to really melt! Both days made it to 50 degrees. Cole, Ju-Ju, and I finally got a few walks in without everyone giving us the stink eye. Recently I was puzzled. Old Town is such a nice area.; and has so many homes in the Million Dollar Market and with all that in mind these people can't afford shovels or able to hire someone to shovel there sidewalks! Aghhhhhh come on people. I made the best of what I had and occasionally we had to walk on the streets. Do you really think I want my little guy or my dog in the road. Not really people. So stop looking at me like that!!!

After getting a couple miles in both Saturday and Sunday I felt a bath was much needed last night. I'm sure you are all thinking I used some Beaded Bath Soap however that's now how I got exfoliated. I crawled into bed and got situated. I moved the pillows and curled up. And I can thank Ju-Ju for bringing all the sand and salt from the neighbor hood and putting it in my bed. It was the worst feeling in the world. I felt like I was sleeping in the sand box or the beach. Never thought I would have to thank Ju-Ju for polished skin! Now that's how I got exfoliated! Tomorrow Ju-Ju will be at the groomers.

Inspired By The Olypmics!

I was searching through some of our old pictures when I came across our Ski Trip Photos. I spent a good ten minutes wiping away the tears-Not because I was sad-because I was laughing so darn hard!

After two runs of Josh being on skis and/or on the ground; and thirty pictures later of him rolling, falling, sweating...you get the idea. This photo sums it up. And I will never forget him saying to me Quote-Un-Quote "I didn't know you were in the 1978 Olympics!"

I continued the day skiing and Josh rented a snow board. The snow board could have saved our marriage! (Right behind the GPS) Oh the Memories!!!
Hope you are all enjoying the Olympics

Snow Fall Part 2 or 3....

Someone forgot to clean out the leaves!
Glad this isn't my building.

This path leads to our back door! If the snow falls off the roof one more time I wont be able to toss the snow onto this pile-unless my shirt rips so my muscles can breath.

Does This Snowsuit Make Me Look Fat?

Snowpocalypse

Some poor soul that lives in our condo!

The largest springer ever!

Our stairwell-before the snow fell off the roof! I should have taken another pic

The weathermen actually nailed this one! The snow started to fall Friday night. Josh's flight was canceled. Actually the airport closed for awhile, Dulles Airport received 32.4" of snow! I haven't seen this much snow in a very long time. And there is no place to put it all.
Josh was reschedule. He was at the airport and ready to go at 2:00, then delayed, delayed and delayed until 9:30pm on an international flight! We were able to skpe this evening! That's when Cole thinks his Dad is flat-or always on t.v.
The news is currently reporting Tuesday we will receive an additional 1-2feet of snow! I've shoveled and sholved to find out that I will only have to shovel some more! Cole and I left this morning to do Checks and Purchase Order for the store and some lovely lady (BITCH) took my parking spot! I was so mad!!! So, I drove my kick ass mom mobile up over the snow and parked in a different spot. I regrouped-got Cole all snuggled up, put him in the infant carrier. Warmed up the truck to shovel out a new spot! I hope that lazy B-gets a flat! Or the plow hits her car.
So the local schools have been canceled not only today but Tuesday and Wednesday as well. I will try to keep you all posted on this crazy snowpocalypse.
